Ballet and Blueberry Muffins

Just got back from my 2nd day at work.  Today I got muffin batter all over my shirt but I figure smelling like blueberry muffins is a lot better than smelling like soy milk.  I tasted a few more of their yummy drinks and spent the day making sandwiches, muffins, croissants, and brownies.  It was a little bit tortuous given my oath to healthy eating but I resisted temptation. Another 5am shift tomorrow, woo!

Last night Pietro and I went to the Metropolitan Opera House at the Lincoln Center with his friend Eddie and Eddie's friend Megan (who coincidentally is also starting grad school at NYU in the fall, but in the performing arts program).  We saw the American Ballet Company perform Sleeping Beauty and it was amazing.  I've never seen a professional ballet performance before, only recitals and such.  I've always loved ballet and I always wish I had done it more than just as a little kid.  They're so pretty and graceful looking and the level of skill was extraordinary.
Also, for those Center Stage nerds like me: the woman who played Kathleen and the guy who played Cooper are both actually in the American Ballet Company.  I thought that was cool...

For those who don't care that much about ballet, here's some pictures of the Lincoln Center and the Metropolitan Opera House :P

Turned a corner and ran into JULLIARD... nbd
