Day at the Met

Yesterday Pietro and I decided to go visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art, one of the most famous art museums in the country.  We started our day off with a picnic in Central Park (more to save money than to be romantic but it was a beautiful day so it was nice)

Then we met Pietro's friend Eddie and his friend Sam on the steps of the Met (gorgeous)

We waited in line for 45 minutes to see the Alexander McQueen exhibit which was pretty cool (but didn't allow pictures)  Then we saw the musical instruments exhibit, Japanese art, Chinese art, Arms and Armor, Van Gogh and Monet.
